![]() I have always been a dreamer. And I never doubt that having dreams might not be a good thing. On the contrary I learned that dreams are very essential to our life and several cultures have different aproaches to understand, maintain and even improve dreams (not the same as so called dream incubation).
In Europe, Freud and Carl Jung and Frederik van Eeden are very well known people on this field. Although they are not fully respected by the traditional practitioners in the east (or maybe even far west).
At this time I am more interested in Lucid Dreams than other fields of dream.
